	Discover what Star has to offer for your cabinet remodel We will get to know you and your project. We will spend whatever time is needed to find out your wants, needs and desires as they relate to your remodeling project.
	Meet with our in-home consultant to review your ideas After learning about your project, we will schedule a time to come to your home with a remodeler and a project specialist to review your project and take measurements.
	Select colors, flooring and everything for your project After we have visited your home, we will schedule a meeting at Star to guide you in making your cabinet, countertop, flooring, backsplash and color selections.
	Review design ideas After you have selected your cabinet style, we will prepare up to three cabinet designs so you can look at your options and make sure that you are getting everything you want in your project. Star will then provide your selections and pricing information to the remodeler.
	Review cabinet project with remodeler When the design is complete, we will meet at the showroom where your project coordinator and the remodeler will present you with a proposal explaining the scope of work and the price.
	Order cabinets and begin project Upon your approval of the remodeler’s proposal, the project coordination will then become the responsibility of the remodeler, and Star will be supporting you and the remodeler as you work through the project. Upon receiving your signature regarding your understanding of the project, we will order your cabinets and other items for the remodel.
	Installation of cabinets When the cabinets arrive, the remodeler will begin in earnest and will make every effort to adhere to the pre-approved schedule. During the time of the remodel, you will be a customer of the Star Preferred Remodeler and all construction questions will be handled by the remodeler.
	Project completion Upon completion of your project, your Star project specialist will confirm that everything is done to your satisfaction and would be delighted to have the opportunity to come see your completed project.
